30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you simply changed your mind, you have 30 days from the day you receive your artwork to ask to return it (this applies to both UK and US customers).

UK customers also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. We have increased this to 30 days because we want you to be totally happy with your artwork, with plenty of time to consider how it works in your space.

A few conditions keep this fair on both sides:

•     The artwork must be unused and in its original condition and packaging — please keep the box for 30 days, as it greatly reduces the chance of damage on the return journey.

•     Email us first at support@balfourcollection.art to request a return; we'll send a returns authorisation and the address to use.

•     You arrange and pay for the return using a tracked, insured service.

•     Once we've received the artwork and checked it, we'll refund the price you paid within 14 days. Return postage isn't refunded, and if a piece comes back damaged through inadequate packing we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Trade customers: this 30-day change-of-mind guarantee is for retail orders. Trade orders, framed or unframed, are made to order for your project and can't be returned for a change of mind. You can still cancel within 5 hours of ordering for a full refund, and if anything arrives damaged or faulty we'll replace it free of charge. Full details are in our Terms of Business, section 11.
