Shipping & Delivery

•     We are currently only taking orders from UK and US customers. Shipping is free. We will be shipping to customers in other countries in due course.

•     Every piece is made to order and finished by hand. We aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days and we will send you a courier tracking number when it's on its way.

•     As a guide, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days in the UK and 4–8 business days in the US from the time you order. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary at busy periods.

•     Your piece arrives framed, float-mounted and ready to hang, with fixings included.

•     Please give a complete, correct delivery address — we send it to production and cannot change it once your piece is being made.

•     US orders are printed within the US, and UK orders are printed in the UK, so there are no customs charges.

•     If a delivery is delayed or doesn't arrive, contact us at support@balfourcollection.art and we'll help put it right.
