Product Information

  • Printing

    The artworks are printed using premium, archival-grade pigment inks on 330gsm fine art cotton canvas with a matte finish. The fade- and water-resistant materials produce rich colour, fine detail and lasting print quality.

  • Framing

    All artworks are professionally framed in hardwood tray frames. A 5mm gap runs around the canvas, creating a subtle floating effect that clearly defines and enhances the artwork.

    The frames have a slim, contemporary profile, measuring 1cm (0.4in) wide at the front and 4cm (1.6in) deep at the side.

  • Hanging

    Each framed print arrives ready to hang with a pre-installed sawtooth hanging system. Two suitable nails or screws are all that is required to secure the artwork to the wall.

    Rubber bumpers on the back help protect the wall and keep the artwork level and stable.

Where do you deliver, and which destinations qualify for free delivery?

We currently offer free delivery to:

• The United Kingdom and all EU countries
• The United States and Canada
• Australia
• Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and San Marino
• The United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Israel

We also deliver to Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia and Thailand. Shipping charges for these destinations are calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are produced and dispatched from the fine art printing facility nearest to your delivery address.

Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• UK and Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA and Canada: 7–12 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link, allowing you to follow its delivery progress.

Are VAT and other sales taxes included in the price?

Where applicable, VAT or sales tax is currently included for orders delivered to the United Kingdom, all EU countries, the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia.

Taxes may apply to orders delivered to other destinations. Any applicable charges will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Artworks are professionally packaged with great care and with protection suitable for international transit. Damage during delivery is therefore very rare.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. In the unlikely event that it has been damaged, email photographs of both the artwork and its packaging to support@balfourcollection.art.

We will arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.

Can I request a custom size?

Yes, subject to the sizes available from our printing and framing facilities.

Please email your required dimensions to support@balfourcollection.art. We will confirm promptly whether your requested size can be produced and provide a price.

Are discounts available for multiple-print orders?

Yes. Discounts may be available when several prints are ordered together, depending on the number, sizes and formats selected.

Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes. Trade accounts are available to established interior designers, architects, property developers, hospitality businesses and other relevant professionals.

Accounts initially operate on a pro forma basis. Trade discounts depend on the value and nature of the order.
